Mary feels most at ease when she’s moving. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years and has always been drawn to movement that feels natural and nourishing in her body. Her passion for practice and curiosity about learning eventually led her to complete teacher training and begin teaching five years ago. Drawn to the fluidity and challenge of movement, she primarily teaches vinyasa yoga and believes the practice offers endless opportunities to learn about ourselves.
Mary’s classes are designed to be accessible for all levels and encourage students to explore movement that feels good in their own bodies. She strives to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported to stay curious and open, both on and off the mat. Her hope is to inspire students to connect with their best selves and empower them to move through the world with the same presence they cultivate in practice.
